WELCOME FROM ST JOHN 

We welcome you to Saint John United Methodist Church. Our purpose is to bring people to Jesus Christ for membership, maturity, ministry, and mission in the world in order to magnify God’s name. Our vision is to grow the Kingdom of God with every member in ministry as a teaching church with worship of Christ at the center.

The people of Saint John United Methodist Church believe that God is expressed as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Our mission is to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and to open the way for others to follow by proclaiming the Gospel in word and deed with open hearts, open minds, and open doors. The heart of our Christian faith is Christ’s ministry of outreaching love.

As Christians in the United Methodist Church, we believe in God’s grace, which means the unearned and loving action of God in our daily lives. In spite of suffering, violence, and evil in the world, we assert that God’s grace exists everywhere. Despite any circumstance, we remain creatures brought to life by a just and loving God and the reign of God is both a present and future reality.

Saint John is a caring church in a complex world. We strive to minister to the individual, families, our church members – as well as our community and world through missions and outreach programs. When you visit our church you will find:
